Abstract: The endoscopic transthoracic sympathectomy (ETS) is an efficient procedure designed to treat palmar/axillary hyperhidrosis, now, we can present an original form to do this surgery with a single incision and using an urological resectoscope, always in a free-standing ambulatory public system in the province of Tucumán, in Argentina.
